Some people say we need more jobs. I say, we need more
entrepreneurs. The problem is, many of them spend more time trying to spread the
word about what they do instead of doing what they do.
I thought the internet was supposed to help with that? You've heard the
commercials - "Build a website and get found!" Just click here and there a few
times, publish and the customers will start coming your way..... Well, guess
what? People don't search for things they don't know about.
The Albuquerque Web Mall is changing that. I've designed it like a real
Mall and the left panel will show everyplace in each neighborhood. Churches, Schools,
non-profit groups, local businesses, restaurants, movie theaters - if it's there, it can be
added.
But, I'm only one person. If you find something new, feel free to add it. If there's
something you want to spread the word about, add it. Then use Facebook, Google+ and Twitter
to spread the word throughout Albuquerque.
